By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws in Bengaluru, Karnataka. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Service Description

BikeTowing24x7 provides on-demand, 24/7 mobile roadside assistance and vehicle towing services. Our services include, but are not limited to, car and bike towing, accident recovery, battery jump starts, and flat tyre assistance at a location specified by the customer within our service area.

3. User Obligations

As a user of our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, including your name, contact details, vehicle information, and precise location.
  • Ensure a safe and accessible environment for our technicians to perform their work.
  • Be present at the time of service or have an authorized representative present.
  • Confirm ownership or authorization to request service for the vehicle in question.

4. Payments and Cancellations

Payment for services is due upon completion of the service, unless quoted otherwise. We accept various forms of payment which will be communicated at the time of booking. Cancellations made after a technician has already been dispatched to your location may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we exercise the utmost care in every service, BikeTowing24x7 shall not be liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for the malfunction of parts (e.g., a battery failing after a jump start) as we do not manufacture the hardware.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
